This is a really good one. If you can make this questioning state of mind into a habit then youlll be lucid all the time. High awareness in the waking state means high awareness in the dreaming state. Good one. |

i dunno if anyone else does it, i dont myself but i just thought of it. the key is being skeptical. always ask yourself "how did i get here? when did i put on these clothes? do i normally act like this?" etc. has anyone ever tried this? how effective is it? |

I've heard of it. It sounds effective. |

This is the date of my first lucid: 3/6/2010
It took WAY TOO LONG - but was completely worth it.
Yes, I think this is a good strategy. I think that when people do other reality checks that is just a method to get them to constantly question reality. It seems like the best way to induce DILDs |

This is, to me at least, the best way of getting lucid in a dream. In one of my dreams, I had read some text, but when I looked back at it later, it was gone. I asked myself, "How'd that happen?" and I got lucid. |
