      Everyday Lucid Dreaming training program?

I started making a little dayly training program for a while a go but it wasnt that advanced and i was not disiplined enough to get trough it either. But i would like to give it a extra shot. Should we make a dayly training program that can keep you focused on LD troughout the whole day? Maybe as a 30 days training program or something. Not to intensive. Adapted so it can work out for most people and make it doable. Another thing is that when more people is in on it its easier to press oneself to get self disiplin. Just like those Shaolin Munks in the east that dream walk more times a day than we manage to do in a whole year

I can make a simple start and then we can add/subtract edit things to do on the list. This is what i thought about:

"Minimum once per hour: Observe Reality around you as long as you can without falling into daydreaming and thought patterns(Very important while inside a LD)and a RC. Troughout the whole day, while waking and hopefully dreaming MILD training.

      Morning:
Dream Recall(wake up without moving a finger)
      Write in dream journal

      Noon:
      Relaxtion training
Visualisation/concentration training (Focus on something inside instead of outside. Can be everything from LD training to a techincal problem inside your car)

      Evening:
Find four things (dreamsings?)to look for the next day, and do RC whenever you see them, hear them(even if you see them 10 times in the minute). MILD training.
      Relaxtion training
WILD training. (Early to bed. Find your favouritt way to induce LD's at will)

Minimum once per week, or in the weekend:
      WBTB"

That sounds like a neat idea for a tutorial!

Most of us regularly practice these very things daily already, but It would be a great addition for our beginning members.

Like you said though, it takes discipline to maintain, but oh man the rewards that await you!!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
