WILD this afternoon HELP

So I thought I would try again this afternoon after work to nap and have a WILD

So I felt the vibrations....and started to see pictures birds and things...I heard people talking.....then everything went completely black.....I saw myself looking back at me and tried to open my eyes (within the dream) and couldn't but did see a pin prick light....so then I started to see pictures form and then I felt like I was within a dream....it was very vague though and the characters I saw were not real..they were more like moving picture images....I realized I was dreaming but I couldn't control what or who I saw....and I also couldn't communicate with the characters.....

Also when I'm in the vibration part or the transition phase or whatever you call it my limbs feel like they are floating up....but it's completely random my arms or legs will float toward the ceiling however my physical body is not moving......it's very strange...

So what's going on here? Is any of this normal for a beginner? And how do I improve...also what's the thing with my limbs floating?

This is completely normal for a WILD: the images and sounds are part of a process know as Hypnogogia. You seem to have done everyhting right (which is good seeing as many cannot Wild in afternoon naps). Try looking at the "dream control" section, or threads about "transitioning" into a dream.

The feeling of floating and spinning often happens to me too. Since you're not the only one who feels like that then It's probably normal :D
