I tried to tolerate this vibrations but after a while I can't take it anymore no matter how much I keep telling myself to tolerate it, any tips?
I don't get any hypnogogic imagery or visual sensations while attemping a WILD, even after resting for a long period of time, any reasons?
Is WILD only doable during afternoon naps and after 4-5 hours of sleep? Or can you do it when you feel like doing it?
