Realitytest after an OBE

Hi, I am Shepma from Amsterdam.
I have OBE's and Lucid dreams for about 15 years. For the first time, during a OBE I found myself with a person I know. I "saw" her drawing pictures. Then next day I called her to tell my experience and she was shocked. She was drawing pictures on the time I saw her, for the first time in years. I was very happy, because now I know that my OBE's are more then just a vivid fantasy. I started reading Robert A. Monroe and learned that there are a lot simularities. Now I am trying to control it. I want to have contact with other people who have serious experiences with OBE's!

I have OBE's occassionally, I have not yet verified they are real, I have a difficult time having one. I estimate I've had 15 or 20 over several years, but most were short, and I stayed in my house for all but a couple. Once I went out of my body, saw my room then suddenly found myself floating over an obliesk like statue thing in the middle of a stone circle, I was drawn back to my body though. My very first time I woke up in mid-flight up a road I travel often. It was night time, and scarred me and I didn't think I would get back.

Now I want to have these experiences but seldom do, and when I do I usually just float to my ceiling then get pulled back, I have walked and flew around inside my house, getting through walls is proving difficult for me, I've read lots of Astral projection books and would appreciate any adivice you could give me on how to reliably project more often.
