I want to be able to have lucid dreams at will. |

"....and immediately you wake up and realize that the whole day at work had been a dream. It's bad enough that you sell your waking life for minimum wage, but now they get your dreams for free. "
I tried that before but they all give me a hard time when I ask heh. I would say WILD is the best. If your good enough you should be able to lay down at any time, even if its just a nap and enter a dream. The problem is WILDs can be very hard. It really depends on the person though. I would suggest trying each one a few times each and seeing which one works the best. |

WBTB is shown to give about 10x the chances of having an ld. For me, that's like a 100% chance of getting an ld. |
|
From what I've read about lucid dreaming techniques, I would say that WBTB would be the most reliable method without having to master very difficult techniques. However, if you could master WILD, you'd probably get the best results with that. |

WBTB is the best way to induce a lucid dream, but who wants to do that every morning! I do it when I can for sure, and if I did it every morning Id have a lucid dream 99% of the time. So now Im working on getting them more with DILD's, with decent success but nowhere near 99%. |

WILD. With enough willpower and concentrationm, you can do them anytime you like, even if youve never heard of LD before |
|
try combining the techniques into one big routine, do WBTB, WILD, RC's, etc. Your mind will be so stuck on LDs your bound to have them. combining them all probably ups your chances by 20-30x. i use to be very strict doing all of those and i'd commonly have LDs 4-5 nights of the week, sometimes having around 3 in a night. whatever you do, don't give up on it... because that's when you fall in a rut and starting over sucks. |

I agree with CCHawk finding the combo that works best for you is what its all about. Its worth remembering that all the time people here are refining techniques and giving advice, take what works for you and its only a matter of time before you can be lucid any time you want. |
