Yeah it's a well known fact that wilding after 5-6 hours of sleep can help you out alot, one problem you'll come acrossed is you can fall asleep if you don't focus to well, and your definitly going to have trouble staying focused in the morning, you'll feel like crap. And your will power to focus will have gone down, so you'll have to focus harder to do what you want to do, well still keeping it passive. Your probably not even going to want to do a WILD, and you'll get bored faster and just want to get up. |

Having the disipline is my biggest problem. However I need to practice having the will to get up anyway otherwise I will be in deep crap during my A levels. This year I was a good student but I was late literally 2/3 of the time. I could try and practice both at the same time. Since I need to practice this anyway at least attempting to WILD will give me a little but of a push to concentrate. |
