Try to look for your dreamsigns in everyday life, and you will look for them in your dreams, too! |

Go Lucid: a poem (by Yamluver)
In the morning I try to remember the dream I had in which I was a member. The plot was twisted and topsy-turvy, I was a pirate, and I had scurvy. Then I reached up and plugged my nose and that was when I began to suppose I was dreaming, I was, all right. And it was really the middle of the night! I am up for adoption, to have more of these, so PM me, and help me please!
If you have trouble becoming 'aware' of dreaming, you might just want to really think "Am I dreaming?" If your answer is , wait yes, i am! then you might get a tingle and humming go through your body. |

you have to build a habit of spotting your dreamsigns in real-life and RCing. Thats how the technique works. If you dont think you have any specific dream signs in real life, you need to regularly throughout the day go into periods of watching for anything unusual. Hopefully it will become a habit and become easier. You could try some other induction techniques like the WBTBs: eg wild or mild or similar. |
