      Small Sleep Deprivation Input

I want to know if you have a better chance of obtaining lucid dreams if you are deprived of sleep... This can be anywhere from 4 hours of sleep to 1 day without sleep...

Sleep deprivation works differently for everyone, so don't be close minded, thanks...

Theres been times it seems like it helped, but only barely. Not enough to make it worth my time doing it often.

The best its done for me, is helped me to relax and have my body fall asleep much easier during a WILD so that I can go into the dream state alot quicker.

If I'm deprived enough I'll go directly into SP when I finally do go to sleep, whether I like it or not . . . Actually I probably have this to thank for the huge boom in LDs I experienced in my late teens and subsequently getting used to the "feel" of dreams which allows me to have so many DILDs now.

I've been depriving lately and let say..My dream recall has gone extremely low to the point that I can no longer remember a single clue on what I dream about. I'll stop shortly so this won't affect me even more.
