I want to know if you have a better chance of obtaining lucid dreams if you are deprived of sleep... This can be anywhere from 4 hours of sleep to 1 day without sleep... |

If I'm deprived enough I'll go directly into SP when I finally do go to sleep, whether I like it or not . . . Actually I probably have this to thank for the huge boom in LDs I experienced in my late teens and subsequently getting used to the "feel" of dreams which allows me to have so many DILDs now. |

I've been depriving lately and let say..My dream recall has gone extremely low to the point that I can no longer remember a single clue on what I dream about. I'll stop shortly so this won't affect me even more. |
