I'm curious whether or not a dream can be 'forced' if enough thought is put into what you want to dream. For example, would it be of any benefit if I was to sit down for an hour or so before sleep and just write down every little detail of what I want to have happen in my dream (including reality checks so I can become lucid), drawing pictures of what it will look like (or finding pictures from the internet), and studying over it all before sleep so that it becomes one of the last things I'm thinking of? |
