Thread: cant enter dream from sleep paralysis

Hello

Since I read La Berge's "Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming" about two years ago, I had only a handful of lucid dreams. However, I experience SP(consciously) quite often recently, but cant enter a dream from there. This is what happens:

1. I feel like rolling out of my body, mostly a couple of times in a row.
2. I feel like being pulled out of my body.
3. I never get optical sensations.
4. I often get very unpleasant sensations in various parts of my body.
5. Sometimes I get auditory sensations(music, voices)

What do all you WILD practioners do to get in the dream state from SP?
