5 minute SP (Not a tutorial)

Well after a long period of not even being able to reach SP I got to it last night in 5 minutes max. I just sat there and visualized stuff. Then all of a sudden I opened my eyes, closed them and had the strangest, most REALISTIC visualizations I've ever had. They were accompanied by sensations and then the feeling of the things around me. It was trippy. I think had I not tried to move so early, and not freaked out so much, that would've been a good long LD.

Good job, Rocknroller! Most of my SP's seems to be scary (even though I KNOW I shouldn't be scared). A lot of the times I get over them by just "rolling out" of them and entering a lucid dream.
