I don't know enough about SP to tell you how to get into full SP from there, because I would assume that staying still and waiting it out would be enough. If you are trying to reach SP to WILD, then in my experience, partial SP is enough to help induce a WILD. The full SP will kick in at the moment you're entering the dream state. |

It was really to induce an OBE, I Dl'd the saltcude video which is excellent but the explanation on how to reach FULL SP isnt really that clear, thats the only real thing thats stopping me from progressing and its really frustrating as I don't know what I'm doing wrong therefore I can't change any of my technique |

man, when i WILD, i dont really visualize anything. i always keep in mind what i plan on doing once in the LD every 15 seconds or so though. honestly, with every exhale, just visualize and feel ur body get heavier, and heavier... then ur heart pumps fast when u know SP is coming. then, almost like an epileptic attack my body started freaking out and vibrating like crazy for 2 exhales, then i was in my dream room. pretty simple really, just takes discipline |

| DILD= 5 | DEILD= 2 | MILD= 4 | WILD= 5 |
McLoone, I usually do reverse blinking before I attempt to enter SP. It deeply relaxes your body beforehand, while still keeping your mind active. That might be just the extra boost you need. |
