Hey Guys,
I'm having real probs enter FULL SP. I get he heaviness and numb limbs, I can twitch them abit though, I take deep breaths to try and complete the paralysis, this helps but doesn't make it FULL. I'm relaxed and don't know what to try know to get into FULL SP. Can anyone Help?
