      Getting to sleep...

I have a strange way of sleeping, I leave my fan on high and the windows closed. Quite an artificial sleep, haha. I was wondering if this goes against getting to a lucid state, because I've only had one so far, and I wasn't at my house. Any tips? Sorry if this has been posted before, delete it if you want, I'll search for it.

      Does the noise distract you?

Iv found that I can sleep much easier when there is "white" sound in the backgound (like a fan).. What I cant stand is repetitive sounds like a ticking clock, or someone breathing loudly.. it annoys the hell out of me .. but I guess you can get used to anything.
