I got into LD'ing last summer for a few weeks, and managed to have several LDs. I want to get back into it. I actually have multiply vivid dreams just about every night, and I happen to be the kind of person who just naturally wakes up multiple times every night, especially after dreams. Dream recall isn't great but I can usually remember a few things about each dream. So I am going to pick back up with the journal so I can whip the dream recall back into shape. But here is the point of this thread. I always had trouble noticing that I am dreaming to perform RCs, as I am sure most people did in the beginning. I have 3 alarms settings on my watch and i have them set for 4:00, 4:30, and 5:00. The alarm beebs but not very loudly, not enough to wake me up. But my thought is that perhaps I will be able to hear it in my dream. And I am "training" through out the day by setting a timer for every 10min or so which sounds the same. And every time I hear the alarm I RC, breather through a plugged nose for me*. Has anyone experimented with something like this? |
