I just broke a week long lucid dreaming drought last night. This whole past week I've been going to sleep quite late. Last night I went to sleep early for a change, and my dreams were more vivid, and I became lucid quite suddenly, without anything being out of the norm, and without doing a RC.

I was wondering how other peoples sleep cycles affected thier ability to become lucid, and if other people notice this same pattern. I've heard other people mention going to sleep late to fall asleep quicker, but Im questioning if there is any value to that at all.
