it might not be enough because your more lengthy rem cycles start after 5-6 hours of sleep. but there is a chance that it would work, give it a shot. good luck!! |

I go to bed at about 12:30 every night, so when I do the WBTB method I wake up at 6:30 there is lots of noise outsite (birds chirping, dogs barking etc.) so I cant get back to sleep. Would it work if I got up at 3:30 am instead and went back to bed at 4:30? or is that not enough time? |

Try sleeping earlier. Then you'll be set to wake up at 4:00 am or something and still catch those long REMs. |
