What do you do before attempting a WILD?

What I mean is what do you do before your going to do a WILD? Like I'm incorperating the WBTB technique so do I just go to bed like normal and when my alarm wakes me to induce that nap i guess I begin the proccess of the WILD technique? Sorry, I'm really confused about doing a WILD....

I suggest you read through them and find one that rings true for you. :)

yeah you would Just go to bed like normal, but be sure to get a good sleep before you WBTB though I'd presume.
