Screw WILDing. If it's that much of a hassle, just lay in bed and say "I'm going to dream, and I honestly don't care if I feel sleep paralysis or not."

Here's a hint: the stuff people say about moving is bogus. Suffering through a cramped muscle is counter-productive, as is focusing on the chant "don't swallow." Move around until you don't really give thought about the position you are in. That is where true comfort (and successful WILDing) is.

Not happening, I have OCD and I would freak out if I didn't sleep on my side... How did you know that I have a cramped muscle... Hehe... I like the idea of being more confident, thank you...
