      How Long do you stay up for WBTB to WILD or Do any other Lucid Techniques?

      So How Long do you stay up for WBTB to WILD or Do any other Lucid Techniques? I know it differs for each person so i'm curious to know how long you people stay up

      for me only 10 minutes but since my lucidsare streched thin thats only worked twice. ill try 20 minutes tonight see what happens.

      I tried staying up for an hour, it didn't work.

      I tried staying up for half an hour. That didn't work either.

      Out of sheer laziness I discovered that if I wake up and lay there for a couple of minutes and seriously intend to dream, that works best for me.

      In the beginning when i was new to Lucid Dreaming i did WBTB for about 30 - 45 minutes.
      I don't think that is good to stay up that long, not for me anyway.
      I get to awake if i stay up that long.

      I use to stay up for about 10 minutes when i do WBTB now.
