I was just wondering if anybody new any? White tea before I go to sleep works for me...I think it has to with the perfect amount of caffeine for LDing. So far chocolate hasn't done anything, and coffee keeps me too awake to fall asleep. I have also heard magnolia oil would work, but I put some on my pillow one night right before and I went to sleep and nothing happened. The funny thing about the white tea phenomenon was that I wasn't even trying to have a lucid dream that night. It just happened, along with some other weird outer-body experiences. So I had the same amount of the tea before I went to sleep the next night and it worked. |
