I just read about this technique (formerly known as HILD) on another forum. Has anybody else heard of it? Basically, it's similar to a WILD that you do after a WBTB except instead of concentrating on HI or counting, you concentrate on your index and middle finger moving up and done very lightly like you're playing a piano. You're supposed to do it while you're on the brink of falling asleep, and you're supposed to concentrate, not on falling asleep, but on doing an RC every 20-30 seconds. |
