Good to see that you finally got a WILD. You deserve it after trying for so long! |

I started to look over these forums for about four months now and I tried to lucid dream every single night. I never got one, it really got annoying. After four months of trying every night (using every ILD possible) I finally got one. If you are getting irritated because it is taking too long, just keep trying and eventually one will happen. I would like to thank everyone on this forum, because if it wasn't for you, I would have given up. Even though it was bad, it was a lot of progress. So basicly-- thanks to everyone on this forum (a lot was BillyBob and Clarity) and the rest of the people posting on this site. :yumdumdoodledum: |

I do have a question, in fact. By reading daily, I have heard that people can wake up in rem, then instantly go into a wild, taking only about 30 seconds to be back into a dream. How do they keep their mind awake right after waking up, I always instantly fall asleep |

I believe you are referring to DEILD, or dream exit induced lucid dream? It's where you wake up from a dream, but don't move and instantly try to WILD. Also known as dream re-entry, there's a tutorial on it in the Tutorials section. |

Awesome that you finally had one! I first heard about Lucid Dreaming last October and started trying in November. It took me all the way until Jan. 28th of this year to get my first one. It felt so great! I don't think you ever forget that first experience! |
