Hey, if it light works for you, and it looks like it does, then I'd say you've got a good thing going!

I insist on sleeping in as dark a room as I can, but that's just me. If a light is on when I fall asleep, I know I'll wake up with my face buried in the pillow to avoid it as completely as possible.

As far as acheiving WILD's, it sounds like you're already there.
