      Need some tips and pointers

Alright, I have great dream recall, I could tell you very detailed what I dreamed about last night, and sometimes I have lucid dreams. Not very often though, when I do I often realize it's a dream and fear there will be a monster that kills me and It does. Everytime I have a nightmare or a bad dream (bad dreams 8/10 nights), say a monster kills me and it casues great pain, I go lucid enough to realize that it's a dream before it gets ugly and I have no issues to wake myself up by controling my eyelids. I need some tips on how to become lucid and staying that way. I have never practised becoming lucid so any tips are welcome.

      Thanks

      There is only one way:

      Turn round and fight.

If (when) you win you will be lucid.

Actually I've tried that ,once I beat him with a metal rod over and over and dodged his attacks but It had no effect, until he got a hold of me and broke my spine (god that was painful) sometimes the monster turns into black energy and I just die, im gonna try though

Wow bad dreams 8/10 nights? I haven't had a dream I would consider "unpleasant" in months. Frustrating, sure. Strange, definitely. But I think you're unlucky to have bad dreams so often! Maybe watch less horror movies before bed lol.

I really don't know how to help you either since my dream control absolutely sucks when I'm scared in a dream. The fear makes me doubt my abilities unfortunately

However, if you have better control, the normal prolongation tricks should work for you. Like staring at your hands, focusing on surroundings etc.

Instead of fighting, why not just run away? Create a portal and get as far away as you can and enjoy the rest of your dream

is that such a good idea? i mean, if your scared of something you need to take care of it (as in kill it or solve it).

i wish i could be of more help but i would say get better at lucid dreaming (which we all do) so you can zap it it or something.

Why wouldn't it be a good idea? Its not real life, it will go away as soon as you believe it's gone. Wishing it out of existence would work too, if you can.

Fighting is not the only solution.. running away or making it poof is a solution too
