Alright, I have great dream recall, I could tell you very detailed what I dreamed about last night, and sometimes I have lucid dreams. Not very often though, when I do I often realize it's a dream and fear there will be a monster that kills me and It does. Everytime I have a nightmare or a bad dream (bad dreams 8/10 nights), say a monster kills me and it casues great pain, I go lucid enough to realize that it's a dream before it gets ugly and I have no issues to wake myself up by controling my eyelids. I need some tips on how to become lucid and staying that way. I have never practised becoming lucid so any tips are welcome. |
