1) What do I do when SP ends?
2) How do you know when exactly it ends?
I have gotten and gone through SP several times, because I have the ability to do it on demand. However I am unable to go any further unfortunately, otherwise I could experience full lucid dreaming more than 3 times. Thanks to anyone that will answer this, I would love to get to know the dream world a lot more this way, for dilds.
sp ends when a dream starts so if u finish sp the dream world should form around you. If not sp isnt finished unless of course u get up
Hmm, I have reached a point where there were no more sensations/sounds/images, and I eventually created my own scene, but it did not seem like it was a dream. It seemed like I was watching a movie on a screen.
I would say take a more passive approach. Don't work so much on creating the scenes aroiund you right now and controlling everything, sometimes when you work too hard it takes away the fun and the length you are wanting among other things, work on being aware in the scenes that are already there and created for you, take small steps, passive control rather than total or aggressive control. I too have gone into SP several times this week and failed to lucid. I think I figured out why. Another posted just posted about maybe repeating in your head I am in a dream, I am in a dream, or something to that effect until you really are, then do some reality checks.
