      Quick WILD Q

so my alarm goes off, and i wake up in my REM stage for a WILD. if i move at all to say, turn off my alarm, would this significantly increase the time for a WILD (like how long it takes me to enter SP) than if i just laid there not moving?

If you have the right mindset, I doubt it. By that, I mean that if you don't think it'll upset your chances, it won't. This way of thinking allows me to enjoy "mobile WILDs," where I can toss and turn however much I like, and enter sleep paralysis a mere five minutes after my last movement into a more comfortable position.

Of course, if you just woke from a dream, I'd think a DEILD-type WILD would be faster if you hadn't moved (unless leaving your alarm running bothers you to the point of bodily waking, as it does to me... I can't stand hearing the alarm any longer than I have to).

The difference, between stopping your alarm and letting it run (again, assuming it doesn't bother you), should be ten minutes, tops.
