Hello Why don't you try thinking of a dream you had the night before as you get into this vibration state. I think that if you visualize yourself entering a dream as you vibrate, and try to fall asleep at the same time, you will get results

Nope, doesn't appear to work for me. I tried this last night, and still cannot reach my dreams.

Are you trying to WILD before actually sleeping? most people say that WILD'ing is easier after ~5 hours of sleep.

I have personally had the problem you're talking about and it is very frustrating. I think maybe you're concentrating too much on the fact that you're "almost there". Just try to keep focused on whatever technique you're using to keep your mind awake and try not to think about it. I know that sounds impossibly hard, but it does become easier the more used to the transition phase you are. I believe that getting to your dreams the first time is the hardest part, then you get used to it and it almost becomes normal.

I struggled with WILDing at first but now it sometimes happens without me even trying.
