so my alarm goes off, and i wake up in my REM stage for a WILD. if i move at all to say, turn off my alarm, would this significantly increase the time for a WILD (like how long it takes me to enter SP) than if i just laid there not moving? |

| DILD= 5 | DEILD= 2 | MILD= 4 | WILD= 5 |
If you have the right mindset, I doubt it. By that, I mean that if you don't think it'll upset your chances, it won't. This way of thinking allows me to enjoy "mobile WILDs," where I can toss and turn however much I like, and enter sleep paralysis a mere five minutes after my last movement into a more comfortable position. |
