last night i tried for the first time setting my alarm clock for 3:20 (about 4 hours after i fell asleep) and wanted to see if any techniques actually worked. i was dreaming about snowboarding, then woke up to the alarm but did not move ANYTHING. i laid there, and to my amazement in like 20 seconds i felt a huge heaviness set in. i started to WILD. i quickly stopped cause my alarm was still on and it was getting annoying. i could not believe it. it was soo easy. i then wanted to MILD (im kinda kicking myself for not) but was to tired and just closed my eyes and went back to sleep. tonite ill try the same thing and see what happens. |
