ive said an awful thing on this website.

a few posts ago, i stated that i think the "wake up, walk around and get a little waking excersize for about 30 minutes or so, then go back to bed" was a bullshit technique and that it never worked. also that after waking up that long i would never be able to return to sleep till the next night.

well fuck me running, guys. the other day i had to get up at 6 or 7 in the morning to help my dad load his camera gear into the suv. (were freelance photographers for tv stations) so after about 10 minutes of that, i drank some coffee and got online for maybe a few minutes, then went back to sleep.

wow. had a lucid dream. not a WILD, it was a DILD but still.

i gotta do this more
