      WILD help

      I was just wondering about this because I've come close to achieving lucidity with WILD so many times but unable to be successful!

      So say I'm experiencing sleep paralysis, vibrations and sounds all at once (like last night). What do i do then?? Do i wait for the dream scene to form around me or do i "roll" out of my body??
