Pretty interesting. I often used to make relaxation at the evening. And i found out that its counterproductive. At least at this stage of my lucid experience. Everything what i did {and even now, mos of the time} was, that i forced myself to do wild. I forced my thoughts. I couldnt even fall asleep at the evening. Now I found out, that it exist a way, how to move yourself sleep. And maybe also into WILD. And that would consist of two moments:
1. Focus on present moment
2. Believe in your memmory
Now I will explain. Often i didnt believe in my own memory and so i repeated all the instructions of WILD in my head, while doing it. As i was not certain in which phase I am currently in, i was never sure what to do, and i forced myself to move into next phase.
But then, as from itself. I let everything go. And my brain from itself told me to breath, told me to count, and so on. So i could focus on present moment.
And that was the key.
I know its easy to say, but it works. Still. I think. The biggest transition is to start believing, trully believing. And then it will start to work.
