Ok I remember going to birds lucid dreaming site along time ago and learning about WBTB, I think he might have been the one to create WBTB because I don't recall reading about it in any books, any way he claimed this was the best method for lds and called it WBTB and said that you should be awake for 30 min to an hour, thats where i never listened ofcourse, because it's kind of like splitting your sleeping periods into two halves, at least thats what it feels like, basicly after the early stages are done, then wake up and sit around for 30 min to an hour and just read a book or play a video game and then go to sleep, he had 10 lds once due to it.
Well I fell asleep around 1 am and I woke up around 5 am or 5:30 am and my side began hurting so I could not go to sleep, I rolled around for maybe more then 15 min I then got up and put a warm towel on it and did some small stretches, I was in the bathroom with the light on so the light woke me up even more, after about 15 min of that getting up and doing more stretches I finaly decided to lay down for awhile the pain had almost gone but not when I layed on my left side and laying on my right side was uncomfterbal because I could not turn, so I just layed on my stomach (note when I woke up later on I was on my side having the deilds and FA's).
Anyway throughout the night I would constantly wake up in FA's or become lucid, I had a large number of FA's sometimes I would resist them and shake my physical body, and then laying still for a few secounds would be pulled into yet another FA where I would keep using the noise plug RC and it suprised me many times, lol once I was so used to it, I just stripped down and ran down the stairs naked, went outside and began flying around. a few of the lds were deilds in which I had false awakenings in which I would perform wilds with tactile sensations.
The point that I was wondering about is why not go to sleep an hour early then stay up later in the night an hours worth or something less (calculate the time it takes you to get to sleep ofcourse) and play a video game or surf the internet, or read a book if you can for that long.
