Hey all. I was just wandering which technique gives best results, and how often. Im currently focused on two techniques. MILD and DILD. I know mild consists of waking up for about 5 mins or less, while dilds are waking up for an hour or more. Which is more effective and consistant for you guys? Also, i know that DILDS are the most common LDs. I was wandering when most people had DILDS. By couinsidence or from staying awake for an hour after 6 hours of sleep. Or perhaps from a RC.
