      My WILD method

When I WILD, all I do is lie down and try to go to sleep. WBTB is suggested but not required. Now I keep my eyes open and just think about random stuff until I feel like I gotta close my eyes. I wait for a min or so after I closed them and then I start listening to my breathing. The trick is to try to hear your breathing from the 'inside' of your head. I know, it's hard to describe, but try to get it like that. Seconds after listening to it I start to feel like I'm floating, and I get SP within 5 minutes (I only tried this with WBTB, I'm not sure how long it would take before going to sleep regularly)
I just keep listening to my breathing as SP takes over, and then I just imagine a scene/let it appear on its own. Once the scene forms I do an RC and I'm set.
Hope this helps anyone who has trouble with lucid dreaming!

I think listening to something is one of the clearest ways to concentrate without loosing consciousness while WILDing. I have had success before listening to noises around me. I will try listenting to my breathing tonight (I wish myself good luck).
My new lucid dreaming blog. It has a very pretty background!
