Very well for me. |

Has this worked for anyone? |

"The Dream Experience 1.8.2"? I have tried it with little success. I have had others that worked better. (Never any that helped with lucid dreaming though) Perhaps it is different with different people. |

I hate that program. All those presets that were supposed to induce telepathy, alertness, memory, telekinesis, romance, headache relief, oobe, flying... whatever, all they ever did was make me tired or put me to sleep. Though I suppose that isn't such a bad thing for people trying to LD. |

The Dream Experience 1.8.2 has worked many times for me, even the first time I used it, I also use BrainWave Generator to make my own binaural beats. |

What you on about? I can decorate my bedroom without lifting a finger thanks for Brainwave Generator! |

Most, if not all the telekinesis presets are meant to bring down your brain to the theta stages by emitting a sound difference of 5Hz - 8Hz (theta) between both ears, this is when telekinesis is supposed to occur, this is also when dreams happen and deep meditation usually involves bringing the brain down to the theta stages. |

Ok, I'm trying this tonight, but I must say I have a really hard time falling asleep with headphones |

You can replace the "Default.bwg" preset file with any other preset, just rename the default preset to "Default_backup.bwg" or anything like that, then save the downloaded preset as "Default.bwg" in the BrainWave Generator folder, this way you can play any bwg file without registering. |

Okay, cool man |

So you guys actually fall asleep while listening to the beats? I mean, as far as LD presets go. Or can you just listen to it for a while before going to sleep? Like, during a WBTB. |
