Sounds like SP, yes, and you were certainly lucid. It would only be a wild though if you didn't lose consciousness between being fully awake and dreaming. |

well last night i went to bed at 10:30pm and fell asleep at 11:00 pm than woke up at midnight and could not go back to sleep |

Maybe, maybe not. For me, I had a DILD like 3 days after I learned about LD'ing, then nothing for a month. Then on January 3rd, I had a great LD that felt almost like real life, though it was short. I'm still trying for my next one. It sounds like you had a DILD after a failed WILD just like my last one. So, try to replicate everything you did to get that. What you ate, when you went to bed and woke up, what technique you used to WILD... etc. |
