      So that NovaDreamer thing...

Anyone know when the new one is due to be released or how much it will cost? I see the older model costs about $295 USD. That's very costly for something that isn't guaranteed to work, especially considering a new and improved version is on the way. But I've trailed off a bit. Anyone have any info on it or previous experience using it?

That website hasn't been updated in ages and they were supposed to mention it in October, I doubt a new one is coming out. I have a vibrating watch attached to my ankle and it vibrates during my REM cycle and last night it worked to produce an EILD. Hopefully it will keep working for me, but it's a much cheaper alternative.

Sounds interesting, what type of watch is it?

Now that I think about it, maybe I can use my mobile phone. Can have up to five alarms and has a vibrate setting. But I think that it keeps vibrating every 10 minutes after the alarm goes off until I manually shut it off. Could be a hindrance rather than a help.

I think phones vibrate too much.

You can get a vibrating watch and any redneck sporting good store. When hunting they need to be able to get an alarm without scaring the deer.

Also probably at real sporting good stores that have scuba equipment (don't wanna scare the fishies )

I've had a Novadreamer for about 12 years. I see a lot of cues for the first few days I use it, but they become less noticeable over time. I've spent a lot of time observing how it works in my dreams, but honestly, it's only helped produce maybe 3 or 4 lucid dreams over this whole time. I hadn't used it for a couple years and just recently brought it out again using different techniques along with it. Still haven't had much luck with it, but hey, that's just me.

I've only known one person who had one. It gave him long chains of false wakeups that he could LD from. I hope the new one comes down in price a bit.
