      How Long To Wild?

I have tired wild for a few nights now with a techinque where you keep counting your breaths my limbs feel heavy and slightly numb after half hour but then my legs get painful after about an hour because of no changes in postion does it really take this long?

How long does it take you?

and if it is shorter what technique do you use?

Well, I've been using a different method to WILD, lately. I suggest you try it as it is quite simple and easy to do. After you awake from a dream, lay completely still and you can usually pass right back into the dreamstate consiously. This usually will happen instantly and you don't have to wait or count breathes at all. It's a place to start.

Just a question i am going to try this as well tonight but if i do this is it worth trying to WILD before I go to sleep as well? This is what I am going to attempt to do tonight:

      1. WILD
      2. Use the technique where you tell yourself that you WILL wake up in five hours.
      3. If 2 works then as soon as I wake up, stay completely still until I fall asleep into a lucid dream.

I posted this in another topic but, this is more help to you than where it is
the way I always do it is..
make sure the room is entirely dark, some small like computer lights is ok, anything brighter than say an led turn off,
Whoever is the admin can post this in any catagory they choose.
But, close your eyes and concentrate on any color, I do red since its easy to start with.
DO NOT LET YOUR EYES BLINK (the reason the lights need to be off is this stage, if the lights are on your eyes do slightly open automatically and it will stop this from working)
once the color seems to go from say black to red, all the colors are whatever you want them to be, I then goto green. Slowly let the color change to green in my eyes. Until I can do it 2 or more times in about 5 seconds a change each color to another. then I start letting it create crazy designs that it does on its own, basically holding this state till I see an environment or hear a voice, at that point don't TRY to dream it won't work.
Just relax and by relax I mean in your head kinda.. hard to explain but, I will try.. Basically try to feel 100% weightless. In your head and body. About this time I can usually force a dream or one starts.
I also always wear a watch, and check it constantly. Also I do a pinch test. All day randomly I just pinch my arm. And when I catch myself in a dream my lucidity starts :-D
