Nose plug reality check, hands down. Fish defects also create lucidity nearly every time. A new one that I've been using is Dodobird's idea: trying to bend back my index finger to my wrist. It's a reality check that I feel comfortable using in public. It has yet to fail in telling me I'm dreaming. |
