Sort of Sucess in WILD?
the last few nights i've been sleeping ive been having wilds and most of the time im trying to wake up and get out of it.
I decided for the heck of it to try and do an OBE, so i close my eyes because im scared of the hullicinations i see. and i concentrate on levitating and i levitate out of my bed except my body is still frozen like im still lying down and i just float up and then i concentrate on going on the window and my still parlayzed body goes flying throuhg the window when i will it to do so.
But when im hovering out of the window (my body still paralysed) i open my eyes and im back in bed!!!!
How can i make my body unfrozen when i levitate?
I need some creative ideas!

Imagine you have no body but are really more like a spirit that can shift it's shape by mere thought?
And remember that you don't really have eyes in your dream anyway so there's no need to force them open. Just know you'll see and you'll see.
When I get in dream paralysis I fight my way out of it. There are more creative ways to do it but I seem stuck on showing my dream 'body' that I'm the one in charge even though I know I'm not actually a body in dream. The ideas mentioned above are some that I have to implement in dream too.

Are you sure that you're back in bed? Most WILDs include a false awakening, I know that mine do. Do a reality check when you end up back in your bed.

Last night, after being deprived of sleep from the previous night, I went straight into WILD.
I was so tired, that the relaxation phase was incredibly easy. Then I was immediately sucked into the LD world through a cave like entrance.
I was in the process of visualizing my LD theme when I was pulled into the LD abyss.
What a rush!

Is it possible to dream you are WILDing? I dont know if I dreamed I was in sleep paralysis or if it was the real thing
