I wanted to ask, if it's possible to start a WILD in the middle of the day... after work or school, when I'm a little bit tired...
I often heard that you can do if you take a nap, but wanted to hear what you people say.

I wanted to ask, if it's possible to start a WILD in the middle of the day... after work or school, when I'm a little bit tired...

Yes it is possible to do it before going to bed at night or during the day without having taken a nap. Most people just find it easier to use the WBTB method because it makes it easier to get into the WILD state
The problems with WBTB are as follows:
- People may think it's a waste of time.
- It can make you not sleep - The alarm clock seeks your attention.
- People do not understand fully what they have to do.
- People do not understand fully how long they should spend awake.
- Loss of sleep.
Basically people aren't exactly right if they're saying WBTB's no problem at all. Because really - It's a big thing. People just say it's easy because they're experienced at it, not trained, but experienced, meaning they know how it's done. Other people, like me, have a problem with it. I was up untill 7.30 am. Originally I was meant to go to bed at 2:30 am but my alarm kept me focussed and extremely uncomfortable. I didn't feel tired at all.
I want everyone to remember this when they try WBTB.
Never said I was experienced or the like. Just saying that the majority OF the people on this site would agree that a WILD is more easily achieved combined with the WBTB technique. Not having completed one myself, I agree with what you have to say about it, not knowing how long to stay awake for is really a big thing because it's different for everybody and there isin't a set time that works universally for everyone :(
Hence my first problem with Don Parker's free course (times), but apparently you don't have to be on at the same time as him!
Anyway, yeah. I didn't say you said you were experienced. I was just talking about the elites like Adam (he wrote a routine technique) who make it out to you that it's easy.
aaaah yes adam  heh
are you going through with that program?
Might ask if I can join in - Shame I can't talk to the whole course group in Second Life though. Unless I give myself a dose of insomnia.
To be honest I don't really want to buy anything either. :undecided:
ok, thx for answers... the problem is... the right time for wbtb is really small and it often happens, that I only wake up for a second and then i'm asleep again. IUt would be much better if I could chose when I have a good feeling about a WILD.
Just now I tried one... and it went really good... but somehow I knew I was not tired enough, but I also had the feeling if someone would help me somehow... I could take the next step... but on my own I only tried some tricks I know. In the end I'm here again... without an LD.
