Sleep in a more awkward position. In cases of extreme "I can't stay awake," sometimes a spoonful of discomfort is a good option. Try sleeping on your other side, for starters. |

I'm not to good at WILDS myself. Though, the best chances and times I have become LUCID by using the WILD technique was when I layed on the couch. Somewhere I usually don't tend to sleep. Also, Like Abra said using a different sleep poistion could help for, I guess it's a position your body isn't used to sleeping in. I always sleep on my back when trying to WILD. Also, I don't know if you have done this already but I think the best chance is to try after you've fallen asleep and woken up or bascially during a nap. |
