Just wanted to ask a question to those WILDers out there.
I set my alarm clock around 7:00 and I get into bed around 1:00, but now my body has gotten used to waking up at 7:00 that I start waking up naturally around 6:50 and I don't feel tired so I'm afraid that would interfere with my WILD if I'm not tired.
Also, everyone says it's best to WILD on your back but I can't really pull that off well. I can't sleep straight on my back with my arms at my side, I tried but when I woke up and I was on my back, but my arms were crossed over my stomach and my right foot was touching my left knee... So it looked like a "b" basically.
Can you guys post what position you do a WILD in? That would be really helpful.
