Missed 25+ / Remembered ~20 (my first half-day) |

This thread was created to help motivate us to be more concious and aware while awake, which in turn should help us attain lucidity more frequently. Starting out by concious effort everytime we pass threw a door, ask our selves, "I am dreaming?" and to make good observations of the room that we are entering. If we notice something out of the ordinary, do your favorite reality check. BillyBob made an excelent post about the technique: |

we do it for the lulz...
everyone jump in the roflcopter....
it's a lulz-a-palooza out there!!
Its important to remember that its not the door you should be worried about, but the room that comes after it. |

My Dream Journal (starting @ 2008)
Lucid count 2008:
DILD=14:: WILD=8 :: total lucid time: approx 3h 50 mins
2007: DILD=16, WILD=13, total lucid time approx 1h 50mins
I'm done counting for the day. Missed 20 so far, remembered 30. |

I sometimes lose lucidity when I pass through a door in a lucid dream. That makes this RC a good one for me, though I only do it when I enter or exit a building or vehicle. |
