Simple, do this a week you are not disturbed in the morning, not by any sounds, or anyone, or anything! [As soon as e.g. one start to think: "Today I will first do this and do that,.. " One might forget the dreams. And then they can be mush harder to recall...]
Wake up one day. Then go till you get REALLY tired, but do not go to sleep. You can go to that point where you just must sleep, then just force yourself up, and go get light in your eyes, and do something. Then go for as long as you can again..
When you now go to sleep, you will be so tired that you can fall asleep on your back.
You will probably “fall” and shit in bed, as you slips in to any dream world, etcetera... (Probably know what I mean, or someone else here does it.)
Or at least, I know this works for me!
