I had that same problem. I couldn't really think of anything to help except thinking: "If I honestly want to be able to lucid dream, I need to put all my effort into it" and force myself to just get it over with. If you still really can't make yourself do it, then see what times you wake up (after every dream) and set your alarm to that time. Then you stick your alarm clear across the room, in a hard-to-reach place. Then you have to get up to turn it off, and since you are up, you can simply jot down your dream while you are at it! |
