Can aneyone give me aney forms of RC's, i dont no aney..

Can aneyone tell me some ways of doing reality checks, i only no of one, the looking at your hand thing.. and it might have some more fingers or something. What Else is there. i want to get into the habbit of doing RC's because im not doing to well with Realising im in a dream.. :( .
